Daniel Felton, MD

President & Chief Executive Officer

Daniel works as a dyad partner with Julie Embry, Chief Operating Officer. He graduated from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia, in 1995 and earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2000. After completing his family medicine residency at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina, he joined Little Rock Family Practice, where he continues to practice medicine. He has served on the Board of EngageMED since 2012, serving as President and Chair of the Board since 2015. Daniel has a special interest in population health management and was involved in the development of Arkansas Health Network and has served as Chair of its Board since its inception. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Pulaski County Medical Society, Medical Group Management Association and Young Presidents' Organization. 

Julie Embry, MBA

Chief Operating Officer

Julie works as a dyad partner with Daniel Felton, MD, President & CEO, and together they set the tone for excellence for EngageMED. Julie has a Master's degree in Business Administration and more than 25 years of experience in practice management of both primary care and specialty physician practices. Managing in numerous environments, including academic medicine, private practice and not-for-profit organizations, Julie has gained a broad knowledge of the healthcare industry and how to improve physician practices in times of change. Julie's areas of expertise are change management, talent acquisition, organizational restructuring and compensation strategies. 

Mary Andrews, MHSA

Executive Vice President, Clinical Operations

Mary oversees operations of physician practices including perfecting the patient experience, mentoring and developing clinic leadership, and leading quality initiatives such as Comprehensive Primary Care, Patient-Centered Medical Home, and the Medicare Shared Savings Program. Mary has a Master's degree in Health Services Administration and more than 20 years of medical practice management experience having worked with both primary care and specialty clinics. Her areas of expertise include conflict resolution, team building, leadership development and mentoring, strategic planning and problem-solving. 

Jeff Erwin

Executive Vice President, Revenue Integrity

Jeff ensures revenue cycle integrity and interoperability with EMR platforms. He brings significant healthcare experience to EngageMED and served as Administrator of Arkansas Physician Management, Inc. for over 20 years. He has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma Baptist University and attended the Graduate School of Banking-Southern Methodist University. 

Brad Harper

Chief Financial Officer

Brad oversees financial operations and ensures fiscal responsibility and financial soundness. Prior to becoming CFO with EngageMED, he served for 21 years as Controller of Arkansas Physician Management, Inc. He earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Central Arkansas. He is active in HFMA - Arkansas Chapter, where he is currently serving as a board member. 

Jelinda Scott, MHSA

Executive Vice President, Business Development

Jelinda oversees the development of new product lines, specialty clinic operations, consulting services, and marketing. Jelinda has a Master's degree in Health Services Administration and more than 25 years of experience in specialty clinic administration having worked both in private practice and with hospital-owned clinics. She has extensive knowledge of specialty clinic operations including medical oncology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, neurology, pulmonary/sleep medicine, rheumatology, orthopedics, otolaryngology, surgery, urology, women's health, clinic assessments, physician contracting and strategic planning. 

Scott Loveday, MHSA

Executive Vice President, Human Resources

Scott oversees, manages and directs the human resources (HR) function for EngageMED. He leads the HR department and oversees the hiring, training, administration and monitoring of all benefit programs. He has extensive knowledge and experience as a leader in healthcare human resources and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) with the HR Certification Institute. He has a Master's degree in Health Services Administration, over 25 years of experience in human resources, and is a retired U.S. Army Reserve Officer.

Terrah Patton

Director, Information Systems

Terrah Patton oversees software support for both practice management and EMR systems and all aspects of networking services. Terrah earned a Bachelor of Science degrees in Management Information Systems with an emphasis on Data/Telecommunications from Arkansas State University. She joined Arkansas Physician Management, Inc. in 2003 and has more than 15 years of experience in networking, practice management, and EMR support.

Jamie Dennis

Director, Billing Services

Jamie Dennis, B.A., MHSA, is responsible for revenue cycle as it pertains to billing operations. Jamie has over 15 years of experience in clinic operations and billing. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and a Master's degree in Health Services Administration from the Univerity of Arkansas at Little Rock. 

Alicia Krou

Director, Client Services

Alicia Krou, CPC, CPPM, joined EngageMED in 2018 and is responsible for revenue cycle oversight as it pertains to clinic operations. Alicia brings over 25 years of medical practice experience to the team, with emphasis on clinic operations and denials management. She holds certifications from the American Academy of Professional Coders and is a member of AAPC - Little Rock Chapter.

Judy Baker

Regional Director of Practice Operations

Judy Baker has extensive experience and over 30 years in managing primary care and specialty care practices in the Central Arkansas market. Currently, Judy directs the management of all aspects of primary care practice operations. Additionally, Judy is responsible for budgeting, financial management, physician and mid-level provider recruitment, physician contracting, strategic planning, business development, business health, and the coordination of marketing activities and value-based programs in primary care. 

Angie Brock

Regional Director of Practice Operations

Angie provides leadership and clinical operations expertise for EngageMED clients in both primary care and specialty clinics. She has over 25 years of experience with Arkansas Physician Management Inc., including more than 20 years of clinic management and 5 years as a clinical operations manager. 

Cherie Fannon, MA, BS, RT(T)

Regional Director of Practice Operations

Cherie oversees all aspects of specialty practice operations in the Central Arkansas market including daily activities through the management team, strategic planning, financial management, marketing, business development, physician recruitment, quality improvement and utilization review. She has a broad knowledge of healthcare administration and has been a healthcare Leader for over 20 years. Cherie has a Master's degree in Health Services Administration and is licensed in radiation therapy. 

Donna McKinney

Director, Property Management

Donna provides expertise to EngageMED clients in policy and procedure development, physician and staff onboarding, and front office operations. She also provides oversight and direction with clinic acquisitions, project management, and space planning. She has over 25 years of clinic operations and practice management experience.
