Alicia joined EngageMED in 2018 and is responsible for revenue cycle oversight as it pertains to clinic operations. She brings over 25 years of medical practice experience to the team, with emphasis on clinic operations and denials management. Alicia holds certifications from the American Academy of Professional Coders and is a member of AAPC - Little Rock Chapter.
