Julie has a proven track record in compensation and benefits design, HRIS implementation, and ensuring legal compliance across various areas. She considers herself a generalist and business partner, having worked in most HR functions. Julie is passionate about helping people and teams develop while creating processes that are efficient and user-friendly. Holding a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Ottawa University, a Bachelor of Science in Human Communication from Arizona State University, and being a Professional in Human Resources Certified (PHR), she showcases her commitment to professional excellence in HR management.
