Terrah serves as Director of Information Systems, leading software and technology support for EngageMED clients across practice management, EMR systems, and networking services. Since joining EngageMED (formerly Arkansas Physician Management, Inc.) in 2003, she has built more than 20 years of experience supporting healthcare technology infrastructure, with deep expertise in networking, practice management systems, and EMR support. Terrah plays a critical role in ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient technology solutions that support clinical operations and business continuity. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems with an emphasis in Data and Telecommunications from Arkansas State University and is an active member of the HIMSS Arkansas Chapter.
