Mary Andrews oversees operations for EngageMED’s managed healthcare practices. Mary works closely with physicians and practice teams to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare practice management, she brings a steady, practical perspective to every partnership with a commitment to a high-quality patient experience.

Mary holds an undergraduate degree from the College of St. Scholastica in Minnesota and a master’s degree in health services administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Mary draws upon her decades of experience in value-based care, strategic planning, leadership development and provider relations to align people, processes and performance so practices can operate efficiently. She is known for her collaborative style and her ability to help teams navigate change in ways that are thoughtful and sustainable.

In October of 2025, Mary received an Arkansas Business Executive of the Year award in the large private company category. Outside of work, Mary enjoys hiking in the national and state parks throughout the country as well as cooking and experimenting with new recipes.
