Jeff leads EngageMED’s revenue cycle operations, ensuring billing, collections, and reporting are accurate, compliant, and transparent. His work focuses on revenue cycle integrity—the disciplined management of each step in the payment process, from patient intake through final reimbursement to the provider.

Jeff began with the company in November 1996, and brings deep operational knowledge and a steady, detail-oriented approach. He works closely with healthcare practices to modernize revenue cycle processes by improving system interoperability, strengthening workflows, and using data more effectively—while maintaining clear communication and transparency at every step.

Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma Baptist University and attended the SW Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University. In Jeff spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife, kids and grandchildren. He still enjoys getting out on the golf course when he can.
