Jason is an accomplished human resources leader who supports EngageMED through thoughtful people strategy and risk management. Jason brings strong expertise in recruiting, training, retention, and employee engagement, supporting both EngageMED’s internal teams and the workforce of its client practices.
He works closely with leaders to attract talent, develop employees, and build consistent training frameworks that strengthen performance and support long-term success.
Jason earned his Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and his master’s degree in human resource management from Webster University. Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time outdoors and can often be found hunting or fishing whenever he has the chance.
