Hayden serves as both the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and Business Development Officer. As the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, she provides strategic leadership for EngageMED’s legal, regulatory, and compliance functions, ensuring the organization operates with integrity, transparency, and accountability. This role partners closely with executive leadership, clients, and internal teams to maintain compliance with all applicable healthcare laws and regulations.

Hayden’s legal background brings a unique perspective to business development. Having advised healthcare practices on regulatory compliance, contracts, governance, and risk management, she brings a deep understanding of the challenges physicians faced by practitioners when evaluating operational and strategic partnerships.

Before joining EngageMED, Hayden began her legal career as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney with the Pulaski County Prosecutor’s Office and later practiced as both an associate and partner at Wright, Lindsey & Jennings.

A native of Little Rock, Hayden earned her undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University and received her Juris Doctor from the William H. Bowen School of Law. She serves on the board of The Anthony School and is actively involved with several local nonprofit organizations. Hayden enjoys shooting competitive sporting clays and attending Arkansas Razorback basketball games.
